AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026 / 2027 -

Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.

We are looking for recent graduates from

different disciplines

interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed

an exclusive program (Discover)

designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined

with an 11 month internship at Airbus i

n an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h / week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description :

Perform data analysis to support activities of the A320 Family Chief Engineering team. This data analysis will require the following activities : a) Get familiar with the Airbus data analytics tools supported by Airbus team ( Bleed system team and Auxiliary Power Unit team )b) Integration within the Airbus Spain data analytics plateau performing analysis examples c) Understanding of the A320 family air systems and Auxiliary power unit (interrelation with this team in Spain and Germany)d) Get familiar with the Aircraft Operations (aircraft usage by the operators, logbook, manuals, ...). Supported by BSISe) Capability to modify data analytics codes to speed up and optimise analysis timelinesf) Prepare summary presentations of the analysis results and communicate the conclusions to customer services teamsThe selected person will have the opportunity to get a complete (end to end) view of the data analytics process from the gather of the basic data to the communication of the analysis results to the end customer.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience : - Recently graduates / Master students - Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical), - English : negotiation level - Spanish : negotiation level. - Team spirit and great collaboration skills. - Ability to work in complex and international environments.
