Descripción del trabajoAddress and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary. Document all interactions and maintain detailed records. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience. Native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable to rotational shifts from Monday to Friday. Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively. Flight Assistance : Reimbursement up to 500€ for relocation flight Accommodation Support : Assistance provided to help you find housing in Barcelona
Working Hours :
- Monday to Friday : Rotational shifts from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
- Weekly Hours : 39 hours
