Spanish and English fluency are required for this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

✍️ 6+ years of experience

in UX / UI design. Proven experience

leading teams of at least 4 people . Ability to

manage multiple projects simultaneously . Strong proficiency in

Figma . Deep expertise in

User Experience

and

Prototyping

(MUST). Solid understanding of

Design Systems

and

User Research . Experience working in banking environments (+4 years) Advanced proficiency in

Spanish and English

(written and spoken). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Lead the design and development of user-centric digital products. Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions. Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability. Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects. Stay current with UX / UI trends and best practices. Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
