Required Skills and Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences, Bachelor degree in HR Management or a similar academic education is required.
What You Will Do
Assist with hiring, recruiting, interviewing, and orientation.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and union contracts.
Monitor and maintain records of personnel actions, employee files, and personnel statistics.
Conduct investigations into alleged violations of company policies or codes of conduct.
Advise managers and supervisors on disciplinary matters and terminations.
Review and recommend changes to existing human resources policies and practices.
Develop and implement training programs.
Coordinate employee events and activities.
