ROLE DESCRIPTION
As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve our ambitious growth targets. Google and Meta are the starting point from where you will develop further channels that yield excellent, measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies across a suite of paid advertising channels, managing a 6-digit yearly budget.
- Forecasting and tracking campaign budgets to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales, etc.) to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.
- Analyzing campaign performance and key metrics.
- Conducting A / B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and target audiences.
