Contract : Full-time, permanent

A growing semiconductor company based in Madrid is looking for a Graduate Automotive Business Development Manager to support its expansion in the automotive sector. The company specializes in high-speed optical networking solutions for in-vehicle connectivity and works with leading OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Identify new business opportunities and manage them through the full sales cycle

Work with internal teams to resolve customer logistics and quality issues

Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

Fluent in English

Flexible working hours, with early finish on Fridays and in summer

10 hours of remote work per week
