As a Spain-founded startup, we’re on a mission to own the Spanish market , and we’re looking for someone to help us accelerate our growth here.
This role isn’t about opening a new market.
It’s about developing new opportunities in a market where we’re already building trust and recognition .
You’ll help CFOs and finance teams see a better way to manage their processes.
You’ll tell the Embat story to the Spain mid-market finance leaders : from the first "never heard of you" to "how did we ever manage without you?".
We’ll give you the product, the brand, and the vision.
You bring the curiosity, the drive, and the skill to grow our presence and impact in Spain .
Turn curiosity into conversations : every email, every event, every call.
Manage end-to-end SaaS short and long sales cycles : discovery, demo, negotiation, close. (typicall 2-4 months)
Use AI and data to prospect smarter and follow up faster.
Translate complex financial workflows into clear business impact.
Partner with Product and Implementation to ensure clients fall in love with their experience.
Share your insights to shape our Spain go-to-market strategy.
We’re not checking boxes, we’re looking for signal.
You speak the language of finance teams and understand what keeps them up at night.
You love the moment a sceptical CFO turns into an advocate.
You’re comfortable in the unknown : resourceful, composed, inventive.
You’re confident speaking with senior finance leaders.
You’re native in Spanish and fluent in English.
Familiar with sales prospecting tools and CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
You use AI tools because efficiency and insight matter.
You’re ambitious without arrogance.
You work fast, think clearly, and collaborate naturally.
