Senior .NET Developer (f / m / x) – Full‑time | Spain

The Quality and Safety in Imaging GmbH (QSI) is a wholly owned affiliate of the European Society of Radiology (ESR). QSI supports implementation and use of ESR's guidelines, eHealth tools, and clinical IT solutions to improve radiological healthcare and patient safety. Our current focus is the ESR's imaging referral guidelines embedded in the clinical decision‑support (CDS) software ESR iGuide.

About the Role

You will be a key member of a small team developing proprietary software for Clinical Decision Support (CDS), integrating it with healthcare IT systems. You will work closely with implementation and commercial specialists to ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test full‑stack web applications in an agile environment.
  • Collaborate within the engineering team and with implementation and commercial specialists to deliver high‑quality software.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Experience with C# and ASP.NET technologies.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with core web languages : HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Experience applying SOLID principles.
  • Experience with unit testing.
  • Excellent English, written and spoken.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal education in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with ASP.NET web app technologies such as MVC, Razor Pages, and Blazor.
  • Experience with Bootstrap and jQuery.
  • Experience with agile principles.
  • Experience with FHIR / HL7.
  • Experience in the healthcare IT sector.
  • Experience with front‑end development.
