A global leader in its sector is currently looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support its growth across franchise and new markets . This position plays a key role in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs that empower franchise partners across the globe. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — and the company is seeking someone who is not afraid to contribute ideas, take initiative, and help shape the future of learning within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs through interviews, data analysis, and direct contact with franchise partners.
  • Design engaging and interactive learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
  • Support the implementation of training programs (in-person, virtual and hybrid formats).
  • Coordinate training sessions and logistics together with the Business Development Manager.
  • Collaborate with the central L&D team and external providers to ensure consistency and alignment with global initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and generate reports to improve learning outcomes.
  • Provide support with the Learning Management System (LMS) : content uploads, user support, tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain training records and assist in managing onboarding content for new joiners across markets.

What They’re Looking For

  • A proactive and dynamic individual, passionate about people development and continuous learning.
  • 1–2 years of experience in L&D, HR, or training coordination.
  • Strong experience with LMS administration and comfort with e-learning tools and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments and cultures.
  • Advanced English is required (spoken and written); other languages are highly valued.
  • Someone with ambition and potential to grow within the organization, eager to take on new challenges.
