Job Description

At Accor we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager - Leisure B2B to be based in Madrid. Your main accountabilities will be :

  • Develop and animate a set portfolio of leisure accounts
  • Follow segment strategy in order to grow revenue and market share from client base
  • Contracting business in line with buying patterns of client and considering hotel budgets
  • Arranging & managing Business Reviews Meetings with key partners throughout the year
  • Organize & attend a variety of activities to support growth of business including Accor ‘Sales in Motion’ events, Tradeshows, exhibitions, sales missions and client events
  • Develop strong knowledge of regional hotel portfolio
  • Set and execute Account Development Plans
  • Ensure ROI is managed across all actions
  • Build relationships with third party associations, airlines, trade bodies, tourist boards to help build awareness of destinations, hotels, new openings
  • Arrange presentations to clients on key topics, new openings, and new hotels
  • Offer a consultative sales approach to both clients & hotels
  • Promote marketing and exposure opportunities for the hotels
  • Contribute towards Leisure campaigns to achieve targeted results
  • Cross Segment : Work closely with other sales teams, hubs and hotels as deemed necessary
  • Work alongside Leisure colleagues in a professional manner at all times
  • Ensure strong knowledge of tools & programs used to drive Leisure B2B segment and achieve team targets
  • Project management as relevant to deliver commercial actions to help drive business from segment
  • Track, analyze and report all business from portfolio and take ownership of market segment to produce reports and presentations as deemed necessary

Qualifications

About you :

  • University degree - BA or Hospitality
  • At least 5 years of experience in Hotel / Leisure sales Industry
  • Understanding of own marketplace
  • Fluent in Portuguese & Spanish - Mandatory
  • C1 English, French or Italian would be a plus
  • Result Oriented
