Main Responsibilities
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs of students.
- Supervise and correct placement tests.
- Plan and prepare classes.
- Teach for 6 hours per day or teach for 4 hours and assist monitors for 2 hours.
- Create and grade weekly tests.
- Complete weekly or termly reports for students.
- Participate in evening parties.
- Perform night duties by staying on camp on a rota basis (every second night).
- Occasionally perform monitor duties during breaks (on a rota basis).
- Teach 4 classes of up to 12 students each, providing engaging and enjoyable lessons in line with our motto "Learning English, Having Fun."
Who can apply?
You must be a passport holder from an EU member state or possess NIE, TIE, or DNI (Spanish Identity documents).
If you hold a student TIE, you may be permitted to work up to 30 hours per week; please verify if your TIE is valid for summer employment.
Economic Conditions
We provide full board and shared accommodation.
The pay is 490 Euros per week before tax.
A small bonus is paid after working more than 6 weeks.
Payment is made at the end of your contract.
You may request an advance of up to 100€ per week in cash for personal needs during the camp.
Non-residents in Spain (those who have lived in Spain for less than 6 months) will be placed in a higher tax bracket and pay 19% tax. Non-residents will receive a small bonus as compensation.J-18808-Ljbffr
