Global Key User Lead Lead to Order L2O Process

Were building a highperformance digital organization through our global NorthStar programand were looking for a Global Key User Lead to Order (L2O) to help lead the way.

Your tasks

In this role youll coordinate key user activities across regions to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of our new global business process template. Youll work closely with process owners and program teams to guide system design testing training and user support. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on collaboration structure and driving transformation across a global organization. This is a hybrid role and can be based remotely in Europe or from a Kardex office.

Your profile

Proven experience leading or coordinating crossfunctional teams in a transformation or system implementation context

Strong understanding of the Lead to Order (L2O) process or endtoend sales cycle ideally within an industrial manufacturing enviroment

Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and CPQ applications

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different functions and regions

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Comfortable working in a global matrix environment and influencing without authority

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Regular international travel (approx. 25 will be expected to support collaboration across regions.
