Sales Manager Spain and Portugal
Mission
Reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for Sales results in a given territory for a broad range of products that are serving the markets of the Commercial refrigeration throughout the high-performance HVAC sector, has responsibility for developing the Spanish and Portuguese Market with the scope to sensitively increase the sales in the Country. Supports on driving specification & preference at Original Equipment Manufacturers and End Users.
Main responsibilities
- Develop the Spanish and Portuguese market with the clear scope of sensitively increasing the sales;
- Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly forecasts preparation and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) planning for the Customers;
- Responsible for meeting KPIs along with revenue and gross profit (GP) targets;
- Promote, present, implement, and execute strategies and tactics necessary to meet revenue and account development / growth targets in targeted region;
- Lead in the development and negotiation of commercial contracts;
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base in targeted region;
- Co-ordinate and supervise 1 collaborator responsible for Customer Service and pre-sales activities;
- Implement short-term and long-term plans to increase customer satisfaction;
- 60% travel in the Region. Little travel across EU
- Work closely with Product Line Management to facilitate and acquire Market Data Capture and Voice Of Customers.
Knowledge and experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Advanced degree preferred (MS Engineering, MBA);Technical and commercial background in the reference sector;Strong business & financial acumen with customer-focus;Critical thinking skills to properly identify problem area & potential solutions;Value based selling approach;Market mapping and segmentation knowledge;80 / 20 skills and approach;Proper use of Office Automation tools to drive data analysis.Main competences
