What You Will Do
- As a Backend Developer, you will be a key player in our development team, focusing on building and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications. Your role will involve designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient back-end solutions. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, AI / ML engineers, QA and UX specialists to create seamless and high-performing applications. What's Essential
To excel in this role, you should possess the following :
Fluent in English : Good communication and clear explanations of rationale. ️Communication Skills : Excellent communication abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and effectively, and working well within a team environmentProficiency in Backend Technologies : Strong experience in Node.js and Python, with a deep understanding of building and maintaining server-side applications. Knowledge of integrating with AI / ML models, particularly those powered by OpenAI, is a plus.Database Management : Hands-on experience with relational and vector databases, particularly Postgres, and familiarity with drizzle-ORM or similar tools for database management.Cloud and DevOps Expertise : Proficiency in Docker for containerization and experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.Automation & Testing : Experience with Playwright for testing automation to ensure the reliability and quality of applications.Solid Theoretical Foundation : A strong understanding of software architecture principles, networking, security, and cloud concepts. Your ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies will be crucial.Problem-Solving Skills : A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.Lifelong Learner : A passion for continuous learning and professional growth, with a curiosity to stay updated with the latest industry trends.Project Tech Stack
