Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our web-based products. In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle; from discovery and strategy through execution and optimization, working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business impact.
You will define product vision and roadmap, prioritize features based on user needs and business value, and partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to bring products to market. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities
- Make strategic decisions on feature prioritization using frameworks like RICE, value vs. effort, and customer impact analysis
Product Development & Execution
Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimizationDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersWrite clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teamsWork within Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) to manage product backlogs and sprint planningBuild prototypes and collaborate with UX / UI designers to create intuitive user experiencesData & Experimentation
Design and oversee A / B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize conversionMonitor product KPIs, user behavior analytics, and funnel performance to identify improvement opportunitiesConduct cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and unit economics analysis to inform decisionsPartner with data teams to build dashboards and reporting for product performance trackingStakeholder Management & Communication

Experience & Background
5-7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful digital productsExperience managing products in high-traffic consumer web platforms, subscription businesses, e-commerce, adtech, or SaaSStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership and measurable business impactDeep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional development teamsTechnical & Analytical Skills
Expert-level proficiency with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar)Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and technical architecture to collaborate effectively with engineeringAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)Product & Business Acumen
