Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead high-impact, client-facing projects across EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales support and final design through to construction, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the delivery of multi-site data centre infrastructure projects across EMEA.
  • Drive planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and quality assurance from design through commissioning.
  • Work closely with our engineering, product, and commercial teams to translate client needs into actionable project plans.
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on technical, financial, and timeline expectations.
  • Implement rigorous project controls and proactively resolve delivery issues.
  • Maintain a focus on sustainability, safety, and innovation throughout execution.
  • Coordinate reporting and updates for key stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years in technical project delivery, ideally within data centre or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-border projects.
  • Strong experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
  • Understanding of cooling systems, power infrastructure, or data centre operations is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and drive delivery under tight timelines.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
  • The ability to travel extensively across Europe, the UAE, and UK as required.
