We are divided into 4 main areas : Product Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design and Comms Design, and we are integrated into different squads with the aim of devising, designing, and developing the entire experience of our products, brands, campaigns, and comms.We work daily with user research and data teams that help us to make better decisions based on people and data, in order to validate and put into production well-designed and well-executed experiences.We see ourselves as a humble and fun team self-demanding and committed, and we are looking for ways to have fun together doing design-related activities such as : learning from others in our Design Workshops, providing feedback at our Design Rodeos, and evolving our Design System in our Mobile, Desktop, Advertising, and Comms Glues. This helps us to continue improving as a team, to get to know each other more on the personal side, and build strengths that help us professionally.The roleAt Cabify, Comms Designers in the CRM vertical help shape how we connect with users through design. You’ll improve the visual quality of emails, push notifications, and in-app messages—always aiming for clarity, consistency, and impact. Your work will support our efforts to engage, retain, and convert users across markets.Collaborating with CRM teams, you’ll ensure every message is useful, on-brand, and audience-aware. We blend data, design systems, and creativity to craft meaningful experiences. Some examples of the tasks you will face at Cabify on a day-to-day basis : - Design visually engaging, responsive, and brand-consistent emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.- Collaborate with CRM managers, copywriters, and local teams to turn campaign goals into effective, user-centred visuals.- Ensure consistency and accessibility by following brand guidelines and CRM best practices across all touchpoints.- Partner with developers to bring dynamic content, personalization, and interactive features to life.- Apply basic HTML and CSS knowledge to adjust our designs and adapt them to CRM tools.- Use A / B testing and performance data to iterate and improve design effectiveness.- Contribute to the evolution of our internal design system to scale quality and streamline production.- Work closely with other design teams (Core, Brand, Product) to maintain a cohesive visual language across the full user journey.What we are looking forIf you're interested, we think you'd be a good fit if you have : - A strong portfolio that highlights your visual design skills and creative thinking in CRM.- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of CRM strategy, email marketing, and UX principles.- A collaborative mindset with clear communication and team spirit.- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings.- Basic HTML / CSS knowledge and interest in responsive email and CRM design.- Familiarity with ESPs like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot is a plus.- A curious, humble attitude and drive to grow with a passionate, high-performing team.And some more bonus points : - You know how to invest your time to make the most of it and produce an impact.- You can take feedback and think critically about your work.-
