WMS Analyst - [FWC158]

The WMS Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis, modifications, and daily functional support for WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and related systems for our European region.

This role needs subject matter expertise in the area of WMS Solutions, EDI Solutions, Operational Processes, Data Management, and Project Management.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the WMS key liaison across all functional areas, including business units and suppliers.
• Elaborate, manage and maintain all system documents including process mapping, blueprint documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, change requests, and training material.
• Troubleshoot and maintain current WMS and related applications.
• Prioritize workloads, projects, and deliverables for all WMS requests.
• Communicate with both IT and site leadership to understand current projects, prioritize initiatives, and provide projected ETA of completion for IT-related tasks.
• Conduct situation analysis and audit of current warehouse, process, data, and systems.
• Perform gap analysis of as-is vs to-be.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for business review.
• Serve as primary technical support for site database operations, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Manage WMS deployment to other sites working with a team of developers and SME Experts and ultimately formalize training of users and documentation.
• Coordinate overall project / portfolio management-oriented work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within time, scope, and resource requirements.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT applications, architectures, and supply chain business processes and data flows.
• Functional / technical experience implementing and supporting enterprise-level Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Functional / technical experience implementing and supporting EDI implementations with customers, suppliers, or other 3rd parties.
• Experience in company-wide transformation initiatives while managing multiple projects / work-streams simultaneously and demonstrated strong Storage & Logistics business background.
