You will be responsible for managing and improving digital communications for all group employees, managing communications with public administrations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations, and designing and implementing digital tools that enhance efficiency, representing SEAT before official bodies.

Manage digital communications with administrations (SEPE, TGSS, INSS, SOC, MUTUA, etc.)

Design digital tools (RPA, Power Automate, etc.) to improve the Social Security team’s digitization

Coordinate data transmissions and communications to the administration via online systems (Contrat@, Siltr@, RED system, Delt@)

Expert knowledge in designing HyperAutomation digital tools (RPA, Power Platform, etc.)

Coordination and project management skills
