About this role :

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Business Development team.The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and financial compliance, with a strong understanding of business development principles. They will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of global business strategies, as well as contributing to the monitoring and analysis of performance metrics and KPIs.Key responsibilities include :

• Managing the preparation of commercial proposals and RFPs for multinational clients- Coordinating input collection from country teams and service line experts- Preparing high-quality client-facing materials and internal presentations- Leading the transition process of accounting and financial compliance services following a successful proposalRequirements :
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field- 3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or financial compliance (ideally in a professional services firm)- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication and writing skills- Proactive and collaborative mindset;
