The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Global Product Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Manager, Cristina Martínez, the ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical / scientific knowledge, and creativity to drive product innovation and market success.

Market Research and Needs Identification
Product Portfolio Strategy
Positioning and Branding Strategy
Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
Product Development and Launch Execution
Monitoring and Optimization
Qualifications / Requirements :
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, etc.), ideally with specialization in Marketing or Digital Tools. MBA is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing for Functional Health and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, preferably with exposure to the US market.
Strategic vision and problem-solving.
Analytical and creative thinking.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
