Manager Contract Manufacturing (Automotive)

What you´ll do

• Lead international supply chain projects, including relocation, tendering, onboarding processes, new program implementations, and supplier optimization within the automotive industry
• Organize and coordinate production ramp-ups with European and international contract manufacturers, maintaining strong relationships with partners to meet project deadlines
• Oversee and analyze manufacturing processes in injection molding, including OEE monitoring and shopfloor management
• Work closely with suppliers to effectively resolve issues during crisis periods
• Optimize and manage processing costs within the assigned portfolio, ensuring cost-efficiency and fostering continuous improvement
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including purchasing, supply chain, engineering, quality, business functions, and external partners, to create a cooperative working environment
• Support safety, health, environmental, and quality audits with a responsible approach, ensuring compliance and promoting operational excellence
• Coordinate technical and operational topics (e.g., technical specifications) between Henkel and suppliers to ensure alignment and meet technical and operational requirements
