Your Mission :

  • Evaluate & Enhance : Examine customer interactions to ensure service excellence in line with hospitality standards. ✅
  • Audit & Improve : Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
  • Feedback & Analysis : Gather customer feedback, analyze trends, and compile actionable reports.
  • Train & Develop : Collaborate with training teams to refine materials and lead staff in mastering service best practices.
  • Strategize & Innovate : Partner with management to craft strategies that elevate service delivery and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor & Report : Maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and deliver critical insights to management.

Your Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience : A minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in German and English with stellar communication skills (both verbal and written). ️
  • Engagement Skills : Strong presentation ability to captivate diverse audiences. ️
