Responsibilities

• System Installation & Commissioning : Install, start-up, and commission robot vision systems at customer sites in the Automotive industry, ensuring they function according to specifications.
• Problem Solving : Determine and execute corrective actions for installation errors, customer-specific changes, or unforeseen challenges, coordinating with your supervisor as necessary.
• Customer Interaction : Manage customer relationships by meeting scheduling expectations, addressing their concerns, and handling delays or project changes with professionalism and tact.
• Technical Communication : Collaborate and communicate with Product Management and R&D teams to relay feedback, provide technical insight, and help drive continuous improvement of products.
• Reporting : Document and report system status, job progress, and any technical issues to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
• Customer Support & Training : Provide training to customers on the operation and maintenance of the system, ensuring they can confidently use and care for the technology.
• System Analysis & Troubleshooting : Perform in-depth system analysis, identify technical issues, and troubleshoot to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Maintenance & Service : Conduct routine service, maintenance, system checks, and optimizations of installed systems, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
