The Opportunity

We're looking for a Junior Implementation Analyst who wants to be a technical problem-solver, not just a configuration specialist. Someone who enjoys understanding real business processes and wants to build something big from the beginning.

This role is perfect if :

Your Day-to-Day

  • Client Implementation : Configure and customize our platform for new clients
  • Technical Documentation : Create functional specifications and system documentation
  • Client Meetings : Participate in discovery and follow-up sessions with finance and IT teams
  • Testing & Quality : Ensure implementations work perfectly before going live
  • Process Analysis : Understand client business processes and translate them into system requirements
  • Mentorship : Learn from senior implementation managers using proven methodologies

  • Eager to learn : Humility and coachability are more important than experience here
  • Process-oriented : You understand how enterprise software and business processes work
  • Detail-focused : 100% accuracy is critical when configuring client systems
  • Communicative : You're comfortable in client meetings and technical discussions
  • Organized : Multiple concurrent projects require systematic approach

  • 1-2 years experience with ERP systems or enterprise software
  • Business or finance degree
  • Previous experience in SaaS or tech companies
  • Understanding of accounts payable / receivable processes
