Main Responsibilities :
Responsible of the first part of the sales cycleResearch and identify potential clients in the Nordic market to generate new business opportunitiesConduct outbound sales activities (phone, email, and other channels) to engage potential clients across various roles (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers)Assist in presenting the company's solutions to prospects, coordinating with senior sales team members to deliver product demos.Support negotiations by preparing relevant materials and following up with prospects, ensuring smooth transitions through the sales funnelCollaborate with the sales team to track progress, gather feedback, and refine outbound strategiesWork closely with senior sales executives, contributing to quarterly and annual sales targets and ensuring team successCore Skills / experience :
Experience in a comparable roleAbility to take ownership of personal performance and outcomesWillingness to propose value-driven solutions and continuously seek improvementComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing prioritiesYou are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile.
