As part of the Local Finance team, you will work directly with the Local Managing Director and all departments. You will be responsible for coordinating all accounting and financial activities in Spain OlyBet Business Entities and supporting Ceuta’s office management.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with local legislation and Group policies, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Manage tax and audit processes, including preparing and submitting statutory reports, ensuring adherence to Spanish and Ceuta regulations, and coordinating with external auditors.
  • Lead the local finance department, fostering collaboration and continuously reviewing and improving financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Act as a key contact for finance-related matters, providing timely responses to Management and Group Finance inquiries, and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
  • Oversee administrative support, including Ceuta office management, business travel coordination, and collaboration with the local HR Manager on HR initiatives.

Does this sound like you?

  • A degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance is required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, and Spain / Ceuta Tax legislation.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Navision accounting software is a plus.
