We’re hiring : Hotel Manager (Pre-Opening) 🚀 🌍
We are looking for an energetic, proactive and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational development of our capsule lounge in Madrid Barajas Airport — part of the international GettSleep network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier service and operational excellence
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team
- Drive profitability through budgeting, purchasing, and commercial strategy
- Manage guest relations and service quality standards
- Develop B2C and B2B sales channels and local partnerships
- Oversee pre-opening logistics and launch planning
