Position

The organization has about 90 employees located in 6 countries, and our HR team is composed of an HR Manager and an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are looking for a HR Administrative Assistant eager to learn and dynamic to join our team and help us achieve our HR objectives.

As our HR Administrative Assistant, you will be in charge of :

  • Managing the Payroll and Finance reporting, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Handling all HR-related documents, keeping them up-to-date and compliant with company policies and local legislation.
  • Overseeing the administration of employees’ benefits, including managing the Cobee platform.
  • Maintaining and updating the HR Information System to ensure accurate employee records.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related queries.
  • Supporting the HR Talent Acquisition Specialist in the recruitment process, including selecting profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

We'd love to meet someone who :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Labor Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
