Job Description

We are recruiting a Rail Systems BIM Modeller with experience in Bentley software tools to join our Rail Systems Team in Madrid. The role involves developing international rail projects (USA, Australia, Canada, UK, Middle East, etc.) across all design phases, from initial concepts to detailed design and construction support.

Here is what you will do

• Support the engineering team, facilitating understanding of project installations and resolving interface issues.
• Create geolocated BIM models from scratch, including project and shared parameters, linking other disciplines, monitoring levels and grids, and using worksets.
• Develop families for rail systems : conduits, cable trays, ducts, electrical equipment, fixtures, mechanical equipment, communication devices, etc.
• Create drawings using view templates, filters, title blocks, sheet lists, and print them to project standards.
• Attend BIM team meetings to agree on quality and deliverables, analyze the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and implement it in Madrid.
• Participate in clash detection and BIM coordination meetings with other discipline coordinators.
• Join the engineering team in design submissions as planned.
