We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage global operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality performance.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with partners and customers, acting as the main liaison with law firms to address legal and regulatory needs.
  • Own and oversee global operational processes end-to-end, from initiation to delivery, coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure operational excellence by driving process optimization, reducing inefficiencies, and minimizing costs.
  • Translate the company’s strategic vision into actionable and measurable plans for all regions.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics to proactively identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement within the Operations team.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to streamline workflows and achieve shared goals.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budget management, cost optimization, and financial planning to ensure operational sustainability.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, including operational, financial, and compliance-related risks, while developing contingency and crisis management plans.
  • Support business development efforts by enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
  • Report customer project accomplishments and deliverables to management monthly.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness, and increased customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Operations, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive results.
  • Strong understanding of core business functions, including Revenue, Finance, Planning, Project Management, and Operations.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning and business development within a global or regional context.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Distinguished time management, organization, and planning skills are essential.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines.
  • Key Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proven ability to drive change, foster innovation, and manage transformation initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, operational best practices, and market trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in business and operational software systems, with the ability to implement and optimize their use.
  • High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
