Job Description

Calucem is a specialty cement producer with nearly 100 years of experience in Calcium Aluminate Cement (CAC).

As part of Molins, we are updating our visual identity to align with the company's new branding.

The Sales Manager is responsible for sales performance in the Southern Europe region, managing daily sales activities to meet yearly budget targets. They oversee the implementation of the global CAC sales strategy, focusing on turnover, profitability, and distribution network development. The Sales Manager reports to the CCTO and is responsible for consolidating sales performance data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage organizational sales plans, including revenue and expense controls within the region.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Track sales performance and report results.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and conduct meetings.
  • Establish sales territories and manage distribution channels.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff.
  • Research customer needs and implement strategies to generate interest.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and management to evaluate strategies and results.
  • Develop strategies to attract new business.
  • Analyze sales data and recommend improvements.
  • Follow up on potential leads.
  • Coordinate with European headquarters on lead generation and market insights.
  • Promote the organization and its products.
  • Understand target customers and how our products meet their needs.
  • Provide quarterly detailed sales forecasts.
  • Attend training courses provided by the employer.
  • Adhere to all procedures, quality plans, and safety regulations, including environmental protection and hazardous waste disposal.

  • Job Requirements

    We are seeking a professional who meets the following requirements :

  • College degree (chemical or engineering degree is a plus)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; working proficiency in English
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the Drymix or Chemical Construction industry
  • Ability to relocate or proven capacity for remote work
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including internationally if needed
  • Skills : autonomy, results-driven, industry knowledge, effective communication, teamwork, cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge and Skills : problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, sales management (KAM, margins, distribution), project management, sector networking, logistics knowledge, reporting discipline
  • Seniority level : Associate
