The ambition of AXA Partners’ Security organization is to evolve to a business partner role, delivering value to the business while reducing and managing their risk. This by following a risk-based strategy and security improvement program with common objectives and controls.

The Crisis and Incident Management Program Manager is a part of the Central team and reports directly to the Chief Operational Resilience Officer. This role is key within the Operational Resilience department to ensure that Business Continuity, IT Service Continuity, and Crisis & Incident management within AXA Partners countries are defined, implemented, and delivered in accordance with the Group Security Strategy, supporting local maturity objectives cost-effectively. You will work closely with the Operational Resilience community, including local Incident Management teams across AXA Partners in Europe, North America, and LATAM.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Incident Management Program Manager, you'll lead our Crisis and Incident Management initiatives. Your responsibilities include :

  • Supporting the AXA Partners Crisis Coordinator in driving the global crisis and incident management framework.
  • Collaborating with local incident management teams to implement effective structures and processes.
  • Ensuring incident management requirements are met, including high-risk scenario testing and post-mortem analyses.
  • Presenting risk assessments and gap analyses to the Operational Resilience Steering Committee.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits for compliance and effectiveness.
  • Providing support during major incidents and crises.
  • Working with the Chief Operational Resilience Officer to enhance strategies and controls.
  • Promoting information security awareness across the organization.
  • Implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance service quality.

What You’ll Bring

We seek a dynamic individual passionate about operational resilience and security, with :

  • Solid understanding of business continuity, IT service continuity, and crisis management practices.
  • Proven experience in crisis and incident management, leading programs and initiatives.
  • Experience in business impact analysis, risk assessments, and developing continuity plans.
  • Familiarity with regulations like DORA is a plus.
  • Strong data management skills, including proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within a global team.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English; additional languages like French or Spanish are advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, with at least 10 years of industry experience.
