The EMEA Edu Marketing Vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive marketing coordination support for the client's education marketing initiatives in EMEA, with a focus on Spain & Italy. This role involves a balanced focus on scaled online webinars and in-person events, requiring strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. The vendor will work closely with the supplier agencies and the client's cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and measurement of marketing activities aimed at driving upsell and renewals across current clients and prospects. ResponsibilitiesScaled Online Webinars Marketing Coordination Support (70%) :
Coordinate with the North America and APAC marketing teams for globally led sessions.
Ensure content developed by external PD partners aligns with client narratives, products, and demos, and that presenter qualications are appropriate.
Manage internal and external speaker communication and logistics.
Oversee the creation and distribution of session decks and one-pagers.
Ensure content developed by the client's cross-functional teams adheres to branding guidelines, involving the creative marketing agency when necessary.
Develop and execute timely and tailored communication plans (landing pages, promotional emails, social media posts, automatic reminders) for various audiences, including strategies to engage unresponsive segments.
Follow up with native speakers to validate messaging accuracy in relevant languages.
Produce a playbook with promotion assets for wider Google for education EMEA cross functional team (sales, channel sales, engineering and digital transformation). Keep updated and engage the EMEA cross functional teams on upcoming webinars and design internal promotion (e.G. gamication, leaderboard) activities to ensure promotion.
Ensure correct tracking mechanisms are in place to measure the performance of channels driving registrations.
Manage all aspects of the campaign. E.G. brief master of ceremonies in an in-person event production.
Identify and onboard suitable event agency partners (regional or local).
Create invitations, event-related communications, and event registration websites using the client's owned tools. Coordinate with relevant third party publications to promote the campaign (event, articles or other)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design campaign or event agendas.
