Process Manager (m / f / d)

Your Responsibilities
- Actively support our migration to a new ERP system : you will play a key role in the planning and implementation of this change. This includes preparing the system change, ensuring a smooth transition and optimizing the new system landscape.
- Analyze our existing processes as part of the introduction of the new ERP system. Identify weak points and potential for improvement to create the basis for more efficient processes.
- Develop optimized processes based on your analyses. Take responsibility for their implementation, monitor their implementation, and ensure that the desired improvements are achieved.
- Set up a continuous controlling system for our processes to measure performance, track progress, and continuously increase process efficiency. Derive specific recommendations for action from the results.
- Actively support the company in the change process. Be the central point of contact for everyone involved, facilitate the transition through clear communication, and promote acceptance of the new processes within the team.
- Define clear key figures to measure the performance of our processes. This enables objective benchmarking and targeted improvements compared to competitors.
Your Profile
Successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.Several years of practical experience in process management, ideally in an IT system house.Experience in ERP migration projects.Sound knowledge of business process and project management.Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.Proven experience in managing and coordinating internal stakeholders.Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mentality.High self-motivation and commitment to continuous improvement.Flexibility and a solution-oriented way of thinking characterize you.Structured work and a strong ability to implement round off your profile.Our Offer
