26,000 - €38,000 DOE

We are working on behalf of our well-established international client who is looking to hire an experienced and talented Tech recruiter with contract experience in their Barcelona office.

The Role :

We are looking for a high-performing contract focused Recruitment Consultant to help meet client acquisition and revenue growth targets by delivering talent to new and existing clients.

You will gain international work experience with regular training and personalised support. For the right person, there will be the opportunity to grow your business with a progressive and structured career path.

About you :

You will have at least a 2-year track record of 360 recruiting, within the IT, Tech or Digital markets. This will be focused on contract / freelance positions
Experienced in business development, as well as expanding and maintaining relationship with clients
Exposure recruiting in France, Belgium, Germany or Italy
Fluent English required
Must have EU right to work
Be confident, self-motivated and determined
Articulate, money-motivated and hungry for success
Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently

Starting salary between €26,000 - €38,000 DOE + generous commission scheme with fantastic earning potential

Flexibility – 2 days working from home, core hours between 10-1pm – 3-5pm, Mon-Thurs, 3pm finish Fridays, reduced summer hours
