MISSION Drive the Human Resources strategy at the regional level acting as a strategic business partner. This role specifically covers HR store support for Andaluca and Canarias. Ensure effective talent management foster a positive organizational culture and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations thereby contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Responsabilities :

  • Organizational Diagnosis : Assess and enhance regional performance.
  • HR Processes : Implement and manage HR processes from inception to completion.
  • Advisory Role : Provide continuous guidance to leaders and employees on HRrelated matters.
  • Excellence Initiatives : Promote initiatives in organizational culture talent management workforce planning role modeling and competency development.
  • Communication : Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Compliance : Ensure adherence to local policies and labor regulations.
  • KPI Monitoring : Track key performance indicators such as turnover and absenteeism rates and policy implementation levels.
  • Regional Focus : Oversee HR activities specifically for the regions of Andaluca and Canarias.

Requirements :

  • University degree
  • Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years in a similar position or as a Zone Coordinator
