Cofinimmo is a leading real estate investment company specializing in healthcare real estate, offices, and distribution networks across Europe. With a strong presence in Spain, we are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support our operations in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams : Project, Property; ensuring efficient day-to-day operations : introduction of new lease contracts, follow up guarantees and AS Built files, help the managers to create & manage their works budgets, including encoding purchase orders in SAP.
- Manage agendas, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain, organize and archive documentation such as correspondences and contracts linked to works and lease contracts.
- Support office management tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally in the real estate or financial sector.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.What We Offer
