Revenue Optimization is a key drive of value for PLS and our partners. This role will be responsible for managing the deployment of innovative pricing strategies to enhance revenue, improve market responsiveness, ensure compliance and meet partner needs. This role offers an opportunity to drive strategic pricing initiatives, enhance our competitive edge, and support the expansion of our B2B operations.

In this role, you will :

• Manage and execute configuration changes on different internal engines to optimize for PLS-specific needs across multiple product lines.
• Partner closely with global teams across Product, Tech, Machine Learning and Analytics to deploy and test new algorithms and pricing strategies in product. Identify inefficiencies in the deployment process and build new tools to scale our operation.
• Develop a strong understanding of company data logging and data architecture to effectively investigate incoming requests & assess the impact of potential changes involving EG Pricing Programs.
• Maintain existing documentation on an ongoing basis as well as perform a comprehensive review of workstreams to publish step-by-step guidelines on processes without documentation.
• Drive- cross-functional initiatives by defining requirements, developing test plans, and supporting UAT.
• Build dashboards and perform ad hoc analyses to monitor performance.
