  • Lead and develop teams to achieve service, quality, and performance goals- Ensure compliance with client KPIs, SLAs, and internal standards- Foster a positive work culture supporting employee engagement and retention- Monitor operational efficiency and lead continuous improvement efforts- Maintain direct contact with clientsRequirements :
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Director or equivalent leadership role in a call / contact center (international scope)- Exceptional communication skills in English, Spanish, and French- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities- Proven ability to lead large teams in a dynamic environment- Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
