Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Accounts Payable to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 17 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising.

Your Challenge

• You will be responsible for handling vendor invoicing on a daily / weekly basis.
• You will be responsible for Purchase order reconciliations (Invoice vs PO).
• You will consider accruals / provisions booking at the month-end.
• You will be part of the monthly AP closing accounting process.
• You will actively collaborate in the Payment run process.
• You will support and cooperate in Front Office inquiries : Email and phone support.
• You will perform and engage following the department's KPIs and SLAs.
• You will actively support the team in projects related to new market integrations. and internal corporate projects.
• You will be part of the automation and harmonisation of tasks within the team.
