The role requires a proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude, able to adapt quickly and contribute to the wider team. STCW10, ENG1 (Medical Fitness Certificate) AEC1 preferred but not essential — strong engineering experience required Solid sailing and racing background on performance yachts Strong skills in hydraulics, electronics, and troubleshooting Fluent English Non-smoker Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
