Senior Front-end Developer

As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive business success. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with the Front-end Community and stakeholders.

In this role, you will :

• Develop high-quality software solutions using AWS, React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, and JavaScript to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
• Optimize application performance and scalability, leveraging AWS cloud services to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster professional growth and development within the team.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining user trust.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and flexibility to accommodate future growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive competitive advantage.
• Utilize domain knowledge in Acc SetupMaint Clos-Brnch Bank to develop tailored solutions that meet specific industry needs.
