Finance and Accounting Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Mercedes Benz Austria and Switzerland customers.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to customer queries related to invoicing, payments, master data, reconciliations, and dunning via email and telephone.
Execute tasks such as invoicing, master data, and dunning.
Interact with our center in Philippines and several departments of Mercedes Benz Austria and Mercedes Benz Switzerland.
Utilize SAP and Microsoft Dynamics systems to perform tasks efficiently.
Participate in process improvement sessions to identify areas for enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in finance or related field.

Fluency in German language.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset.
