Position : Customer Support Agent

Are you enthusiastic about helping others and providing excellent service? Join Via as a Customer Support Agent fluent in English. In this role, you will gain firsthand experience in the mobility industry, understanding operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility processes, supporting customers in the USA and contributing to our team's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Aim for 'first contact resolution' by handling queries efficiently and escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain updated customer records with contact reasons, solutions, and relevant information.
  • Ensure positive interactions, making customers feel understood and supported.
  • Meet service levels and KPIs through efficient support.
  • Participate in training to enhance expertise and understanding of client requirements.
  • Follow applicable policies, including client policies, EU legal frameworks, and local regulations.
  • Provide feedback on customer experience improvements.
  • Reflect company values in daily work.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
  • Organized and motivated, capable of maintaining quality service during busy times.
  • Eligible to work in Spain.
  • Benefits

  • Start date : August 2025.
  • Salary : €19,000 gross per year.
  • Full-time hours : 39 hours / week, rotating schedule Monday to Sunday, between 3 pm and 12 am, with two weekends off per month.
  • Fully paid training prior to start.
  • 24 holiday days annually.
