Photonics Packaging Design Engineer

Our Spanish based client is currently searching for a Photonics Packaging Design Engineer to improve and develop manufacturing for the integration of photonic devices and ICs.

The role will involve designing and supporting packaging solutions. Providing mechanical modeling will be required. Supporting and being part of the packaging team will be an important part of the role.

Desired skills for the Photonics Packaging Design Engineer will include :

• Strong semiconductor / photonics and advanced packaging knowledge and experience
• Mechanical and stress analysis experience
• Strong communication skills
• Degree qualified
