About the Role

As a Senior Tech Headhunter at our fast-growing AI and data analytics company, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our executive team. Working directly with the C-Suite, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent to fill critical leadership positions across the organization. The ability to speak native English fluently, both in writing and verbally, is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is appreciated but not required for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and ongoing support of Bigdata Store engineering projects.
• Hire and manage a cross-functional technical team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Project Management to agree on specifications, resources, and schedules.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates.
• Implement processes to monitor team performance and ensure accountability for project tasks.
• Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges that may impact project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams as needed.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications.
