We’re looking for a Project Leader to join our Disruptive Innovation as a Service team : a multidisciplinary environment where business, creativity, and emerging technologies converge to create real impact.

You’ll lead innovation projects from strategy to execution , guiding cross-functional teams through frameworks like Design Thinking, Lean Startup, SCRUM , and Open Innovation to develop new digital products, services, and experiences across diverse industries

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end innovation and technology projects : from opportunity identification to implementation.
• Design and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions using Innovation and Agile philosophy and workstreams.
• Oversee project governance , ensuring strategic alignment, quality, and delivery on time and budget.
• Drive commercial proposals and client engagement , from scoping to storytelling and pitching.
• Collaborate with experts in AI, digital transformation, immersive experiences and emerging tech to build impactful solutions.
• Mentor and empower multidisciplinary teams fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Represent the area in events, talks, and internal trainings , promoting a culture of innovation within NTT DATA and beyond.
