Ecommerce Operations Strategist
Overview
The role of the Ecommerce Operations Strategist is to lead seller operations programs planning, including setting key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring key metrics, identifying potential issues and gaps, and defining best practices. The successful candidate will be an expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance, analyzing operational efficiency, and building business models to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore business opportunities, uncover insights, and identify targeted areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with various expert teams to roll out effective products / services improvements.
- Manage the relationship with external partners supporting seller onboarding, driving alignment between stakeholders, and acting as the main point of contact.
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in program / project management roles in e-commerce / marketplaces / internet companies within seller ops.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience with SQL and data querying a plus.Solid experience in driving complex analysis, identifying relevant insights / risks, transforming them into action plans, and measuring success.Ability to influence others at all levels, using data as the main driver, strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-driven and self-motivated mindset, ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, problem-solving mindset, energetic, and adaptive to change.Bachelor's degree in a related field (business or technical discipline).Proficient English language skills are required for this position, with Italian, French, and German being a plus.
