Are you a passionate Software Engineer ready to launch your career in fintech? At Brite, we’re revolutionizing real-time payments across Europe with cutting-edge open banking solutions. We're looking for an ambitious Junior Software Engineer to join our Connectivity Team, preferably based in our Malaga office. You’ll be a vital part of the team responsible for building the high-performance platform that connects us to banks across Europe. If you're eager to learn, grow, and solve complex challenges in a fast-moving environment, this is your opportunity! Your role at Brite As a Junior Software Engineer, you’ll be part of the core team that develops the essential components connecting Brite with banks across Europe. You will help develop and maintain our services for payment initiation (PIS) and authentication (AIS), ensuring seamless and secure transactions. You'll learn from and collaborate closely with our senior developers and architects, contributing to a future-proof framework that supports millions of users. What we are looking for

1-3 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a passion for Python.
A good foundation in modern software development practices.
Some experience or a strong interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Mindset : Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and a curious problem-solver who is eager to learn.

Meritorious (Nice-to-have)

Any experience or interest in Open Banking, PSD2, or financial integrations.

Familiarity with payment systems or the fintech industry.

A security-conscious mindset.
